Housing firm to invest £47m into Redcar estate

A North-East housing and regeneration company has announced it is to invest £47 million into regenerating the Closes Estate in the seaside town of Redcar in a move that is expected to provide a boost to local employment in an area hit by the mothballing of the nearby Corus steelworks.
