- First to the Homes & Communities Awards at the Roundhouse in London. The stage on which outgoing Homes & Communities Agency chief executive Sir Bob Kerslake delivered his welcome speech at the awards ceremony has hosted acts such as Pete Doherty and Dizzie Rascal. But Kerslake disappointed guests with his announcement that he would not be partaking in "crowd surfing" or any other activities that might normally be required of someone performing at the music and arts venue.
