Birmingham City Council publishes masterplan

Birmingham City Council has published a city centre regeneration masterplan. The document, which sets out in more detail goals outlined in the council's Big City Plan, also includes proposals to create new or improved public spaces and build 5,000 homes. regen.net/news/1032162
