Study proposes Big Society role for 'self-help intermediaries'

The coalition Government's proposed team of 5,000 community organisers tasked with turning the Prime Minister's Big Society agenda into a reality will have a key role to play in bridging the gap between neighbourhood groups and public bodies, a new report claims.
