Darlington names Tees Valley Housing as developer for scheme

Darlington Borough Council has named social landlord Tees Valley Housing as the developer for a housing scheme in the town. Plans for the 106-home project got the go-ahead after £4 million was secured from the Homes & Communities Agency in September.
