Tower Hamlets to seek judicial review over marathon route

The prospect of Olympic organisers facing a High Court challenge over their decision to re-route the 2012 Olympic marathon has moved a step closer after the London Borough of Tower Hamlets said it is to push forward with plans to quash the decision.
