Wales' housing and regeneration budget cut by a fifth

The Welsh Assembly Government's investment in housing and regeneration faces swingeing cuts of more than a fifth after ministers revealed the devolved power's entire budget would fall by £860 million next year and by £1.8 billion for the three years from 2011/12.
