Salisbury Vision appoints DTZ

Regeneration partnership Salisbury Vision has appointed consultancy DTZ to identify a partner for a retail-led project to redevelop a 5.7ha site to the west of the city's established retail centre. Under the plans, the Maltings and Central Car Park site would be used to provide homes along with retail, office and leisure space.
