Borough proceeds with Earls Court transfer despite resident vote

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is set to press ahead with the sale of the West Kensington and Gibbs Green estates to the company that plans to redevelop the Earls Court exhibition centre and surrounding area, despite residents having voted against the transfer.
