Black Country enterprise zone deal scrapped

A deal to redevelop a site in the Black Country enterprise zone, which had been claimed to have the potential to create 4,000 jobs, has fallen through after talks between Walsall Council, the Homes and Communities Agency and a potential developer broke down.
