Auditor 'finds no evidence' of council wrongdoing over Earls Court regeneration

An auditor appointed by the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has cleared the council of offering priority housing to residents of a housing estate in Earls Court if they promised to vote for a controversial regeneration scheme.
