Developer Telereal Trillium has won the go ahead to develop a 205 home scheme in the Hampshire town of Farnborough. The proposal will see an office block on the town centre site demolished and replaced with a scheme comprising 173 apartments and 32 townhouses, supporting Rushmoor Borough Council's vision for its Civic Quarter. The scheme, which is designed by EPR Architects, also provides car and cycle storage, landscaping and public space. Telereal Trillium was advised by planning consultant GL Hearn.
Merseyside's Knowsley Council has given the green light for a 124 home scheme to be developed in the village of Roby. Housebuilder Anwyl Homes will build the homes on a former sports club site, which has been unused for a decade. The proposed development includes public open space with a children’s play area and footpaths.
Developer L&Q Counties has secured approval to develop a scheme of 60 homes in the village of Tiddington, near Stratford-upon-Avon. The design by Gardner Stewart Architects has homes arranged around three greens.
