STOP PRESS: Community Fund pilot grant application

Lottery distributor the Community Fund is to pilot an outcome-based grant application process in Scotland from January. Under the scheme, draft project proposals will be reviewed by Community Fund staff, allowing changes to be made to the application. But applicants will have to demonstrate the long-term benefits of the project and how they would be achieved. If successful the system could be rolled out across the UK next year.
