MOVES: Appointment at Hartlepool Borough Council

Rob Smith has joined Hartlepool Borough Council as a regeneration officer. Smith previously worked for the Tees Valley Joint Strategy Unit, where he provided advice on European funding issues to the five local authorities in the Tees Valley area.
