MOVES: Appointment at Urban Initiatives

Urban design and planning practice Urban Initiatives has expanded its transport, planning and public realm design teams with three new appointments. Paul Dodd joins from Hyder Consulting as public space designer. Hugo Norwell has been appointed as public space designer. He previously worked for Community Land Use, a branch of charity the Environment Trust. Susan Ensor joins from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as a senior transport planner, specialising in integrated town centre developments and transport assessment.
