PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Lovejoy appointed

Leicester's urban regeneration company has appointed consultant Lovejoy to prepare design and development proposals for the St George's North area of the city. The New Community scheme, one of five masterplan projects aimed at regenerating central Leicester, is intended to provide up to 2,000 homes in the city centre and community facilities.
