PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Liverpool Vision announces shortlist

Urban regeneration company Liverpool Vision has announced the shortlist of design and operating partners for the proposed King's Dock arena. The shortlisted architectural practices include Foster and Partners, Olympic stadium designers HOK Sport and Wilkinson Eyre.
