PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Abbey given formal permission

Developer Abbey Ltd has been given formal planning permission for a mixed-use development in Sheffield's Cathedral Quarter. The development will include 50 apartments and four shops at ground level, with underground parking. Abbey has appointed local architects Bond Bryan to work on the development.
