MOVES: Appointment at East Midlands Housing

Ian Yeomans has been appointed property services manager of housing association East Midlands Housing. Yeomans, former senior quantity surveyor at Derby City Council, will lead a team of four, which is responsible for ensuring the council's 6,700 properties are maintained to a high standard.
