MOVES: Appointment at Terence O'Rourke

Town planning consultancy Terence O'Rourke has appointed Will Cobley and Neil Trollope as senior planner and environmental manager respectively. Cobley joins the practice from Portsmouth City Council, where he was a senior planning officer in the development control service. He will be responsible for major projects such as airport developments and project infrastructure. Trollope is a recent graduate from Cardiff University, with an MSc in sustainability, planning and environmental policy.
