NEWS BRIEF: Deal signed to develop Royal William Yard in Plymouth

A deal was signed this week between the South-West Regional Development Agency and developer Urban Splash to develop the remainder of the Royal William Yard in Plymouth. Urban Splash has 18 months to bring forward proposals for the regeneration of the remaining eight buildings at the yard, and the adjoining land at Western King. It has begun work on a mixed-use scheme for the Clarence and Brewhouse buildings.
