COMMUNITY RENEWAL NEWS BRIEF: Study commissioned

An 18-month study has been commissioned into the challenges facing volunteer workers who manage credit unions. Paul Jones, a senior lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University, will examine how the role of volunteers has changed as credit unions have expanded and become more professional. The project will use case studies, focus groups, seminars, group sessions and interviews.
