COMMUNITY RENEWAL NEWS BRIEF: Charity leaders to set up unit in voluntary sector

Charity leaders are to set up a unit to increase leadership skills in the voluntary sector. The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations has appointed a management development expert, Tony Jefferson, to plan and establish a third sector leadership hub. The hub, which is expected to be staffed by ten people, will network and lobby to increase the sector's influence.
