PHYSICAL REGENERATION NEWS BRIEF: Yorkshire Forward funds new land-use development framework

A new land-use development framework for one of Leeds' poorest wards is being funded by regional development agency Yorkshire Forward. The plan for the Harehills ward will provide a guide for long-term physical renewal in the area. Yorkshire Forward has given £100,000 towards the study, which will examine potential land-use opportunities and constraints.
