The Government paved the way this week for a surge of large casino developments around the country as it published proposals to reform gambling law. The draft Gambling Bill proposes steps to deregulate the industry that would allow developers to build casinos above 500sq metres in size. The Bill can be viewed at www.culture.gov.uk.
