MOVES: Appointment at Canterbury City Council

Robin Cooper is to become director of development services at Canterbury City Council. Previously the head of strategic planning at the council, he has more than 20 years experience of the local government sector, having worked previously for East Sussex County Council and the London Borough of Bromley.
