MOVES: Appointments at Keynote

Housing association Keynote has appointed three new regional development managers. Jas Singh joined Keynote in 2000 as a business development manager. Based in Leicester, he will now oversee development activity in the East Midlands. Former project manager Paul Hanley will now be responsible for the group's develop-ment activity in Coventry, Warwickshire and Wolverhampton. Gino Siani moves from his role as a business development manager to take responsibility for development projects in Birmingham and Solihull.
