MOVES: Appointments at One NorthEast

Regional development agency One NorthEast has appointed two new directors. John Litherland joins from the Northumberland Strategic Partnership, where he is currently executive director. He will be director of delivery. Pat Ritchie moves from his post as deputy chief executive of training company The Wise Group to become director of strategy and development.
