MOVES: BID appoints Bowen

Central London pilot Business Improvement District (BID) the Piccadilly Circus Partnership has appointed Steve Bowen as BID development manager. Bowen will be working on a business plan for the BID company and liaising with local businesses. He has worked as a consultant with the team for the past 14 months.
