MOVES: 21 appointments at DTI

The Department of Trade and Industry last week announced 21 new appointments to the boards of seven of the regional development agencies (RDAs). The posts require a commitment of two days a month. New Advantage West Midlands board members are Julie Haney, David Smith, Roger Lawrence and Michael Oakes. The East of England Development Agency will see Patricia Holtom, John Snyder, Karen Livingstone and Tim Wilson join its board. Dave McCall and Joe Dwek are to become members of the North-West Development Agency board, while John Cuthbert joins One NorthEast. Phil Wood, Rob Anderson and Peter Jones are new members of the South East England RDA board, with Catherine Bakewell, Duncan Hames and Christine Reid taking posts on the South-West RDA board. Yorkshire Forward's new members are Stella Guy, Bob Boucher, Nicholas Dakin and John Spencer.
