MOVES: White Young Green appoints Rawlins

Engineering and environmental consultant White Young Green has appointed Katherine Rawlins as planning assistant in the company's London office. Rawlins joins from property services company Chesterton. Her new responsibilities include identifying new store opportunities and progressing planning applications for J Sainsbury.
