NEWS BRIEF: CAP slams NCVO decision

Campaign group Church Action on Poverty (CAP) has slammed a decision by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) to continue to take sponsorship money from door-to-door lender Provident Financial. CAP campaigns officer Alan Thornton called the decision "wrong". "If the NCVO is really representing grass roots organisations they wouldn't be doing this," he said.
