COMMUNITY RENEWAL BRIEF: Graffiti offensive launched

An offensive against graffiti was launched last week by the Government as part of its anti-social behaviour campaign. It offers a £500 reward for the naming of the most prolific graffiti offenders. A poster campaign will highlight the unsightly signatures which graffiti offenders have left on rail and Underground trains and bridges, buildings and embankments. For details, visit www.homeoffice.gov.uk.
