COMMUNITY RENEWAL BRIEF: ICT jobs project launched

A project to help unemployed people in Sheffield to secure jobs in the information and communication technology industry (ICT) was launched last week by Sheffield University. The South Yorkshire Fast-track to Innovation Technology project offers unemployed people employment and ICT training for 12 months to boost their chances of securing work as technological support for a school, business or organisation.
