PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Foster and Partners chosen

Architect Foster and Partners was chosen last week to design a contemporary office and hotel development in Hastings, East Sussex. The site, adjacent to the seafront and the historic Pelham Crescent, is intended to create a centrepiece for the town to attract more visitors and jobs. The firm will now turn its concept for the site into a detailed design.
