PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Northwich town plans unveiled

Plans to regenerate Northwich town centre in Cheshire were unveiled last week. The masterplan by consultants BDP, Jones Lang LaSalle and MVA, aims to redevelop and expand the town centre to attract new retailers and customers. There are also plans to build a cultural centre and develop the waterfront sites close to the town centre to create a bar and restaurant quarter.
