STOP PRESS: Cabe Space announces first to benefit from advisory scheme

Cabe Space, the green spaces arm of the Government's design watchdog, has announced the first 30 local authorities to benefit from its advisory scheme. The aim of the programme is to help councils develop "green strategies" for their open spaces, one of the main recommendations made by the Green Spaces Task Force last year (Regeneration & Renewal, 3 May 2002, p1). A full list of the authorities is available at www.cabespace.org.uk.
