ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NEWS BRIEF: Business confidence returns across Yorkshire and Humbeside

Business confidence has returned to its highest level across Yorkshire and Humberside for three years, according to a survey by regional development agency Yorkshire Forward and the Confederation of British Industry.
