PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: New homes on Man City ground

The redevelopment of Manchester City's former football ground at Maine Road could provide around 300 new homes for the local community. Plans for the 6.5ha site, which is intended to provide a catalyst for the regeneration of Moss Side and Rusholme, were published last week by site owner Manchester City Council.
