PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Halcrow to draw up plans

Consultancy Halcrow Group was chosen last week to draw up plans for the comprehensive redevelopment of 80ha of port land at Victoria Harbour in Hartlepool. The town's urban regeneration company Tees Valley Regeneration intends to transform the brownfield site into a mixture of homes, business and leisure facilities.
