PHYSICAL REGENERATION BRIEF: Bradford properties receive grants

More than 200 properties in Bradford were selected last week by Single Regeneration Budget partnership Regen 2000 to receive £300,000 worth of improvement grants. The properties were chosen to take part in the pilot scheme after a housing stock condition survey by chartered surveyors. The money will be used for the replacement of windows or doors, re-roofing, installing central heating and rewiring properties.
