Physical regeneration news in brief: Cambridge's Compulsory Purchase Orders

The regeneration of Cambridge town centre is to go ahead following the Government's decision to allow Compulsory Purchase Orders on a number of properties in the area. The decision will allow the development of Grand Arcade, planned to include 50 retail outlets, a multi-storey car park, a magistrates court and a redeveloped central library.
