A project designed to increase understanding of the social enterprise sector is to take place this month. During October social enterprises will be invited to take part in a UK-wide survey compiled by the Social Enterprise Unit within the Department of Trade and Industry's Small Business Service. Full findings are expected by the beginning of 2005.
