Ten anti-social behaviour trailblazer areas will run intensive parenting programmes to tackle problem neighbours, home secretary David Blunkett announced at Labour's annual conference as Regeneration & Renewal went to press. The programmes will use a combination of parenting orders, injunctions and anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs). Blunkett also announced plans for intensive professional fostering pilots.
