Moves: Appointment at Terence O'Rourke

Town planning consultancy Terence O'Rourke has appointed Tom Hardie as technical director in town planning. Hardie joins from the Scottish Executive Development Department, Planning Division, where he was a principal planner. Javina Medina has also joined the consultancy as urban designer, and Helen Moore has been appointed as planning assistant.
