Moves: Appointment at Tilfen Land

Thames Gateway developer Tilfen Land has appointed Scott Biggerstaff as project manager. Biggerstaff will be responsible for advising the development team on the appointment of consultants, as well as providing advice on project feasibility, new business proposals and planning.
