Baron's Quay seeks partner

A development partner is being sought for a mixed-use project in Northwich, Cheshire. Northwich Vision, a seven-strong partnership that includes government canal body British Waterways, government regeneration agency English Partnerships and the Learning and Skills Council, this week invited expressions of interest for the 8ha plot at the Baron's Quay site in the area (above). Expressions of interest are invited by Vale Royal Borough Council by 29 October, said Northwich Vision.
