Scottish Executive's housing agency hits targets

The Scottish Executive's housing and regeneration agency has hit all nine targets set by ministers for 2003/04. Publishing its annual report last week, Communities Scotland met or exceeded all the targets. More than 6,000 new or improved homes were delivered and the agency handed out £520 million in grants.
