Bath & North-East Somerset Council serve compulsory purchase order

Bath & North-East Somerset Council served a compulsory purchase order this week to allow the redevelopment of a neglected part of the city to go ahead. The mixed-use development in Southgate will include a new public transport interchange, 40,000sq metres of retail space and 91 one and two-bedroom apartments.
