Appointment at National Housing Federation

The National Housing Federation has appointed Liz Atkins as director of strategy and communications. She will be responsible for strengthening links between housing associations and other public service sectors and for raising the profile of housing associations among policy makers, stakeholders and the media. Atkins joins from children's charity NSPCC, where she was head of policy and public affairs.
